• Account Information: Your registered email address, required to send login credentials, renewal notifications, and customer support communications.
• Subscription Metadata: Chosen subscription plan (Monthly or Annual), connection allocation (1 or 2 streams), date of activation, and expiration timestamp.
• Technical Device Preference: Primary device type indicated during checkout (e.g. Firestick, TiviMate) to tailor setup walkthroughs.
• Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using 256-bit TLS encryption. Encore TV servers never store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

3. Stream Privacy & No-Log CDN Architecture

Our streaming content delivery nodes utilize end-to-end encrypted connections. We do not maintain historical logs of the specific channels, shows, or movies you stream. Stream sessions are ephemeral in-memory transactions that discard socket identifiers immediately upon channel disconnection.

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

In compliance with UK GDPR and international privacy legislation, you have the right to request full erasure of your account details from our database upon subscription termination. You may submit an erasure request at any time by contacting support with your order reference.
