Legal Agreement

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 • Encore TV Entertainment Network (encoretv.uk)

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") and Encore TV ("Encore TV", "we", "us", "our"), regarding your access to and use of our website at encoretv.uk, related application programming interfaces (APIs), digital streaming nodes, Xtream Codes portals, and associated video delivery systems (collectively, the "Service").

By browsing our website, initiating a purchase, or configuring an Encore TV M3U / Xtream Codes playlist on any client application or hardware, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately terminate use of our website and services.

2. Service Description & Infrastructure

Encore TV provides high-speed digital streaming protocol relay services, routing multimedia streams through distributed European content delivery nodes. The Service is provided on a digital subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) and includes access to live television channel feeds, scheduled sports streams, electronic program guide (EPG) metadata, and on-demand media indices.

We continually maintain, patch, and expand our infrastructure to deliver high availability (targeting 99.9% uptime). However, because transmission depends upon global internet backbone networks, regional Internet Service Provider (ISP) routing, and third-party transmission hubs, temporary variations in bitrate or availability may occasionally occur during unexpected uplink outages or ISP peering maintenance.

3. Subscription Plans, Multi-Connection Rules & Billing

  • Plan Types: All memberships are strictly subscription-based, available in Monthly Pass and Annual (Yearly) Pass options.
  • Connection Limits: A single-connection membership permits exactly one (1) active video stream at any single instant in time. A two-connection membership permits up to two (2) concurrent active streams across devices within the same household.
  • Concurrency Violations: Attempting to stream simultaneously across more devices than permitted by your purchased plan may result in automated temporary stream throttling or account suspension by our load balancer to preserve server equilibrium.
  • Automatic Activation: Upon successful checkout, your account credentials (Username, Password, Portal URL) are instantly provisioned by our server automation and displayed on your screen and delivered to your registered email address.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Security

You agree that your subscription is strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You are prohibited from:

  • Restreaming, rebroadcasting, redistributing, or reselling Encore TV feeds to commercial venues, public audiences, or unauthorized third parties.
  • Publicly sharing, publishing, or leaking your Xtream Codes or M3U credentials online or on forums.
  • Employing automated scrapers, flood bots, or distributed denial-of-service tools against our web endpoints or media servers.

5. Device & Hardware Compatibility

Encore TV is engineered to support open IPTV standards (M3U Plus, Xtream Codes API, HLS, TS streams). We provide setup instructions for popular client software including TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, Apple tvOS IPTVX, IBO Player, VLC, and MAG STBs. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining their own playback hardware and ensuring sufficient broadband download speeds (minimum 15 Mbps for FHD, 25-30 Mbps for 4K UHD).

6. Cookie & Local Storage Policy

Our website encoretv.uk strictly uses essential, privacy-preserving technical local storage and session tokens to preserve your active shopping cart, remember your connection preference (1 vs 2 screens), and secure your checkout session. We do not sell tracking cookies or provide ad-network telemetry to third-party data brokers.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution via our technical support channels before proceeding to any judicial forum.
